*80 年代– 90年80年代陳光億宗师是最早期经营手机代理銷售的企业家，从当年第一代移动电话NMT系统开始，一 直到90年代初，转为AMPS蜂窝式系统，陳宗师独具慧眼成为第一个申请新加坡二手手机执照并获准经营，而当时 所代理与经营产品已经达到十几种不同牌子，AMPS蜂窝式系统维持不久，又转为TACS系统，与此同时也正式与新 加坡电信局合作协议收购二手手机进入其他国家的转售市场，并且在多国厂家一起合作共同开发商讨手机配件市场 的需求，后期又进入GSM、CDMA及PHS数码系统，陳宗师开始在通讯界内放慢脚步，转于正式收购各类文物作为爱 好，为了陆续保护及存放文物，同时也开设一间“逍遥轩”文化馆以供作为交流平台，过后，为了自我提升学识， 在1995年开始将所有生意结束并离开商界，正式闭关研究易学创作，终于始创出《三变数》学说，成为《三变数》 开山鼻祖之宗师。  

*80s-90s - In the 80s, Grand Master Jason Tan was the earliest entrepreneur who operated mobile phone agency sales. From the first generation of mobile phone NMT system, it was converted to AMPS cellular system in the early 1990s. Grand Master Jason Tan became the first to apply for a second-hand mobile phone license in Singapore and was allowed to operate. At that time, the agency and business products had reached more than a dozen different brands. The AMPS cellular system was soon maintained, and it was converted to the TACS system. At the same time, it also officially cooperated with Singapore Telecommunications Bureau cooperation agreement to acquire second-hand mobile phones to enter the resale market of other countries, and cooperate with manufacturers in many countries to discuss the needs of the mobile phone accessories market, and later enter the GSM, CDMA and PHS digital systems. Grand Master Jason Tan began to slow down in the communications industry In order to continue to protect and store cultural relics, we also opened a "Xiaoyaoxuan" cultural center as a communication platform. Two months later, on 28 Feb 2009 16:30, lightning struck the back of the Merlion head during the heavy down pour.

*2010 年 – 1月15日北京出席“诚信建设与公益事业发展论坛大会”，荣获颁“杰出世界华人预测家奖”。奖项是由世 界华人联合总会、中华爱国工程联合会、中日韩中小企业促进会所颁发，并认同了大师的贡献和突出成就。 07) 15th January 2010 Attended the “Integrity of the building and Public Welfare Development Forum Conference” in Beijing. Won the "Outstanding World Chinese Forecasters Award”. The award was jointly issued by the World Chinese Federation, China Patriotic Project Federation & the Association for the Promotion of Chinese, Japanese & Korean Small & Medium Enterprises for the purpose of recognizing the achievements & contributions of Master Tan.

Germany won the 3rd placing later on the same day with Spain winning the title the following day.

Pictures on cable car were published on the Internet, hinting the nature of the expected problem. On 14 November 2010, the cable car system was struck by lightning for the 1st time in 36 years & had to make an emergency stop. An additional prediction was made on the need to pay special attention to traffic safety in the south-west (Bukit Panjang), to the crowd in the northeast & the prevention of bad elements from taking advantage of the situation. On November 2010, 2 homicide cases occurred. Other fulfilled predictions included a sharp increase in Singapore’s economic growth rate; currency trends such as the strenghtening of the Chinese renminbi; weakening of the United States dollar; the maintaining of the Singapore Dollar & increase in gold prices.

At the end of 2010, Three Variables has proven the expected changes during the Singapore General Election. A bold prediction on Stock Market Fluctuations to take place in early August 2011 was fulfilled when the stock market took a big dive in the predicted period.

Chairman Mr. Wang the founder of the 3 Variables movement in China, together with all members of the Preparatory Committee gathered to commemorate the 5th anniversary of this movement in China.

*2012 年 – 再次成功预测马英九连任当选为台湾领导人，也收到许多祝贺信与锦旗，其中还包括台湾国民党中央委 员会主席马英九的感谢信。（于18/11/2011提早分析并向全世界媒体公开报导） 16) 14th January 2012 Correctly predicted on 18 November 2011 that Ma Ying-jeou would be re-elected as Leader of Taiwan on 14 January 2012. Subsequently received congratulatory letters & decorative flags, including a letter of appreciation from Nationalist Party (KMT) Central Committee Chairman Mr Ma himself.

Super storm "Sandy", struck on October 29, 2012, resulting up to 54.9 billion losses with at least 113 people dead.

22) In 2015, due to frequent activities such as the International Cultural Exchange exhibition, Grand Master Jason Tan have made further arrangements with Fan Di Ann, the President of the China Central Academy of Fine Art, Stephen Leong Chun Hong, the President of the Federation of Art Societies (Singapore). Dr Foo Yong Kang, the President of the Malaysian Contemporary Chinese Painting & Calligraphy Association. This event has led to the first-ever collaboration between 15 renowned oil painters from 3 countries in Henan, China.

Grand Master Jason Tan invited 20 artists from Southeast Asia, Europe, and North and South America’s Calligraphy and Painting organizations to participate in the event in Hong Kong.

*2021 年–陳光億宗师于六月中旬幸蒙伯兰国总统埃米尔海亚威博士及总理伊登索里亚诺特立尼达博士教授之邀聘， 正式接任伯兰国委任为文化艺术部长，开始对接全球诗人与文艺，同时命名为“伯兰世界诗人”全球公布统称唯一 的沙漠诗词国家。 In the June of 2021, President of Birland State, Dr. Emir Hayawi and Prime Minister, Prof. Eden Soriano Trinidad, appoints Grand Master Jason Tan Beng Siang as the Minister of Culture & Arts of Birland State, and exchange cultures, arts and poets from around the worlds. At the same time, Birland State is the first country to promote poetry arts though the global members from World Birland Poets.

As the Chief Global Councillor of Federation of World Cultural & Art Society (Singapore), FOWCAAS, he has gathered over 80 members from countries and wishes China the success for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. Chief Grandmaster Jason Tan Beng Siang took part in celebrating the success of the 7th Anniversary of the founding of Birland State and its Culture, Poetry and Tourism links in alliance with FOWCAAS in Nepal. During which, United Nations International Police Forum - Lt. Gen. Sir Dr. Arun Kumar Chaliha has awarded H.R.H. Chief Grandmaster Jason Tan Beng Siang a “Special Medal” and issued a certificate to Three Variables and FOWCAAS in recognition for his contributions to global culture and art over the years, witnessed by the President of Birland State, Dr. Emir Hayawi.
